Founded in 2018 in Sri Petaling, Sandbox Space redefined coworking by offering startups, freelancers, and digital nomads 24/7 access to vibrant workspaces with high-speed WiFi and essential office amenities. The Challenge

The Sandbox Co-working space in Sunway faced significant connectivity issues, including unstable internet and multiple dead zones. The space is thoughtfully divided into various sections to meet tenants’ diverse needs: two open areas and two meeting rooms on the ground floor, accommodating up to 80 people, and 30 individual workspaces on the second floor.

However, the original networking router was located inside a ground-floor storage room, which caused poor connectivity and weak coverage, particularly in corner areas. These limitations led to frequent dead zones and tenant dissatisfaction, disrupting productivity and workflow. This led Sandbox to ASUS for a solution.
