This is ASUS's lightest Zenbook ever, and it's VERY nice.
Its honestly so impressive how light this thing is
This weighs just under 1 kg, so it's very light and also nice and sleek and thin.
The ASUS Zenbook A14 is a new Snapdragon-powered notebook that’s highly recommended for work. It runs programs smoothly and has an impressive battery life of nearly 20 hours, performing even better than expected.
A thin and lightweight notebook at just 980g, offering a 14” display. It excels in power saving and features Ceraluminum material that prevents fingerprints. The all-new design is very appealing with an impressive battery life of 17.44 hours for actual use. It’s the first laptop I’ve ever tested that surpasses 16 hours of battery life.
It’s easy to hold in one hand at less than 1kg, yet it’s built with impressive durability. The design and color are far superior to anything else on the market.

The Asus Zenbook A14 is likely going to be my favorite laptop of 2025

It’s ridiculously light, perfect for taking with you

The Asus Zenbook A14 is the MacBook Air’s worst nightmare

An astonishingly lightweight laptop that delivers impressive battery life.

The ASUS Zenbook A14 (UX3407) is considered one of ASUS’s most portable laptops for working on the go. It boasts a lightweight design, weighing less than 1 kilogram, and is compact enough to fit comfortably in a shoulder bag with plenty of room for other accessories. The design is premium, following the Zenbook style, with a durable Ceraluminum material that resists fingerprints.

Personally, all I can say is that the lightness of the Zenbook A14 never ceases to amuse me, and you should definitely consider those cheaper versions if you think ARM won't be an issue with your usage. It could be the perfect sidekick for casual students and office rats who leave the den often.
